Jesutowo Samuel Adekanmi (MIPMA, ACIICPFM, CFM, JP)
Jesutowo is the Chief Executive Officer of Cedarwoods Trust, having run the Company from 2012. He is a versatile business professional, a chattered facility manager, and has been fully involved in the real estate business in Nigeria and Ghana for 10 years; an expanse of time that has given him apt understanding of the nitty gritty of real estate business, client expectations and optimum satisfaction. His experience has also given him the aptitude to spot talents needed to achieve success in the industry, which he has efficiently discovered, cultured and nurtured as his real estate construction and management team, which he efficiently heads as the team lead. His success is heralded by the long list of successfully executed renovations and constructions all over Nigeria and his affiliations with the real estate industry in Ghana. Jesustowo is an ordained Minister of God, and has built the company on integrity and value for money. He is also affiliated with professional bodies, some of which are: the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA), Chattered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management, and Estate Rent and Commission Agent Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN). Cedarwoods Trust is surely a re-echoing success, but Jesutowo is the brain behind the success.
Real Estate Director
He is a director with Cedarwoods Trust Ltd. He is very energetic and passionate about real estate, entrepreneurship, business development and management. He is highly goal oriented and proficient at meeting and exceeding established goals and objectives related to real estate management and construction. He has been part of the driving force behind the progress of Cedarwoods since 2019, contributing largely to its expansion. Oluwatobi is an entrepreneurial-minded problem solver with solid customer relationship skills and strong business orientation and acumen. This is why he is an excellent Director of real estate assets. He is a vast and an active team leader. He coordinates and monitors the day to day business operations in the Lagos branch of Cedarwoods.
Olumuyiwa Olumide Ayowale
Despite his youthful age, Olumide has a wealth of experience having served as Project Manager at Wadmus Engineering and Construction Limited, Site Supervisor, Site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor at Sedak Konsult and Studio De-Renaissance in that order. He was part of the team that constructed the MTN Base Transmission Stations (BTS) in Nigeria and Ghana. As the Construction Manager, he is in charge of preparing all necessary professional documents, including the bill of quantities, effectively co-ordinate and monitors the progress of the project in relation to cost, quality and time. He also co-ordinate the purchase of all site materials and prepares weekly progress report for clients. In addition, he supervises work on site and allocation of manpower and other resources in order to meet up with the project schedule and quality objectives.
Oluwashayo Elizabeth Adekanye
A creative and analytical individuals with prolific and excellent ability to internalize and initialise concepts and designs. She holds a B. Arch from the University of Jos, Plateau State. As an Architect, typical duties on various projects include: Accessing clients demand and specifications through briefing and coming up with Design Brief Analysis; Proposing a realistic concept of projects based on the client's demand and specification by analysing architectural plans and drawing using computer-aided design (CAD); Surveying site and identifying location benefits; Carrying out feasibility studies and risk management; Preparing documents to help with getting planning permission and similar approvals; specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in the project and advising where this requires deviation from the initial design plans; Visiting sites to check progress and inspect work et cetera. She was part of the team that designed the first stage of Leah foundation, Kwara State Diagnostic Centre, several office complex and residential building while working with Tunji Kusa and partners Ilorin. She was the studio architects at the Plateau Investment and Property Development Company where she designed several estates for civil servants and Local Government Skill Acquisition Complexes. Under Emmleezze Concept she has designed various residential buildings and over 10 church auditoriums for the Living Faith church in Plateau state. Designed and supervised a Redeemed Christian Church of God Dutse Sokale Abuja, designed and supervised a residential block of flats at Kubwa Anuja. She also designed and supervised the second phase of Leah foundation Ilorin, Kwara State. She subcontracted for the Central Laboratory Project at University of Ilorin. She has also designed several private residential buildings, student hostels, church auditorium and office complexes in Ilorin Kwara State.
Oluwaseyi Emmanuel Adekanye
Oluwaseyi is a versatile individual with a great passion and prudence for his profession. As a civil Engineer, he has passion for designing and construction. Having a prior Higher National Diploma in Architecture at the kwara State Polytechnic. Before obtaining a civil Engineering degree at the University of jos pleatue State. He provides efficient cost and client responsive service. Always engaging his leadership skills, pressure management and conflict resolution ability, Oluwaseyi is pays meticulous attention to details, is adept at identifying problems and has very accurate structural analysis ability. With his over two decade experience in the construction industry he has been involved in various types and levels of construction. He worked with Third Dimension (a designing & construction company) Lagos State as the site supervisor on the Park' n' Shop Adeola Odeku, Honda mall, oshodi Isolo, Constructed the then Tai Solarin statue at Yaba while working with mainland local government Lagos State as one of their Architects. He also supervised the construction and constructed the Airtel (then Zain) Base transmission station at Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area Imo State. He was engaged as the main contractor at the Pleatue State Living Faith Church where he constructed over 10 auditorium such as: Rampam, Rukuba, langthan, pankshin living faith church at different Local Government Area (to mention a few), within the North Central Region which has its headquarter in Jos, Pleatue State. He has constructed several residence, Student hotels and Church auditoriums in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Ohejitahi Abu Douglas
Abu is a team player and has rock-hard background in Electronics, Electrical, communication and Information Technology (IT) and holds an MSc in Electronics and Computer Based Systems Design from University of Huddersfield., power and control systems, embedded systems and software development in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Before joining Cedarwoods, he had served as Senior Technologist, Kwara State University, IT Technical Assistant at Redeemed Christian Church of God, Leicester City and Software Engineer at Don Electronics, Leeds, United Kingdom. He also had stint at Benue State Rural Development Agency (BERDA) and Business Contracting Limited as an Electrical Engineer. He is therefore a project manager who is adept at identifying complex problems and providing solutions.
Olawale Paul Oyadeyi
Olawale Paul Oyadeyi is a dynamic technical professional with an intrapreneurial and problem solving mindset and a geek in thermal management. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the great Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is well trained, certified and has broaden his knowledge on maintenance and installation of electronic gadgets . He was trained on thermal training workshop on cooling system in VERTIN, trained in INLAKS on solar modules, installation and repairs, D'GOV INC. on Electronic housing and wiring and many more. He has worked and still working with known organisations like GTBank Ikoyi, ARIES, Zenith Bank among others on maintenance and installation of cooling units.
